eggplant...........of course! thank you and I have to say that my english improved a lot since I spend so much time on this board :lol:
Try this: cut the eggplant lenghtwise in half inch slices and turn them in pancake (spiced with salt and pepper) dough and bake them slowly in a frying pan. Delicious
