Beautiful. I would love to try some freemotion feathers. Maybe something this size would be a good place to start. Hmmm. I might just try this. Thanks for the inspiration!

Judy, It's a good idea to start with some small practice pieces for sure. Fitting these tiny feathers in these pieces where I wanted them was a bit challenging, but fun all the same. You might have a better time trying out feathers on something like these FMQ mug rugs I made awhile back. The size is really easy to handle and you can make more "normal" sized feathers without worrying about having to stay in such a small space. Good luck and have fun with it, whatever you decide to try!
