There are going to be many hours of work. Go slowly through each stage. I envy you doing this coneflower. I am very tempted to buy a pattern and do one myself. I have not done anything this big yet. Well done and good luck. Keep us posted with your progress. ;)

Loving your update. I am going to be asking a STUPID question, but are you stitching on the original paper? Is the stitching lay material No 1 and put material No 2 top, stitch on line, fold No 2 over and then lay No 3 ontop of that, stitch on line,,,,,,, repeat?

I have the wall hanging (Coneflowers) I don"t understand why the number with the * What does that mean.

I'm so impressed!! I tried paper piecing on a very simple table topper and don't think it is my cup of tea. I'm pretty sure I was doing it wrong as I don't think any sane person would do an entire quilt the way I was doing it! LOL!! I can't wait to see your finished project. It is going to be absolutely amazing!

I have that pattern, bought it at Heartbeat Quilts in Cape Cod - I have not done it. Bravo for you.
