Default Pressing Problem

I just finished this lap quilt. I followed some advice I was given to stack and chain sew the columns, then sew next column to the first, etc. I was not supposed to clip the threads as that would hold everything in its rightful place. The quilt is made of HSTs. All went pretty well except for me twisting the thing once or twice. It took forever to get those little threads untwisted! No pressing until it was finished. You can't imagine how much trouble that little quilt was to press! The back is the biggest mess I have ever seen. I finished pressing it this morning the best I could, and I'm going to sandwich and quilt this baby as soon as possible. I so wish I had followed the Jenny Doan Youtube tutorial to do it instead of the pattern I had. HSTs and seam pressing give me fits! Anyway, here is my little quilt. I'm trying to think of a good name for it?

Pretty quilt!!! How about "Turning Triangles"? You had to turn your quilt this way and that and this way and that to get it pressed! LOL! I have to admit I take a look at Jenny's videos before I try something new. She simplifies a lot of techniques so that the process of quilting is more enjoyable.

Very pretty how about twisting in the wind?

I hate when I don't stop something I know is not going well and do it differently. At least it came out beautifully.

How about "Never Again" or "LOL - Labor of Love" or "Blood, Sweat and Triangles"? Pretty quilt but I can feel your pain. Some times shortcuts just don't work for someone else but we never know unless we try.
