I used the same designs on this one

Hi Granny! Your quilt is really adorable! I love these designs. I did make the blocks first with the sky and land fabric, then did the applique on top. It was a fun project, and Kaden loves it
:-D

Hi Sheila! These designs are machine embroidery from Designs by Juju and Embroidery Library. You could do the same thing, though, with pre-purchased appliques or with machine applique (not embroidery machine).

Thanks everyone for your kind compliments. After all of the work we put into our creations, it's so nice to get the recognition :-D

Thanks Tootsie for your answer. Where did you get that adorable fabric with the clouds?
Isnt it fun that boys all over the world love the same things??

Granny, I had that fabric in my stash for a few years before I found a use for it! I honestly don't know where I got it. Yes, boys all do seem to love "things that go", and these designs sure fit that bill.

Adorable quilts. A great book to go with these would be Richard Scarry's classic "Cars and Trucks and Things That Go." If you've never read it, it's a great story, a big book with tons of things to look at on each page. Girls like it as much as the boys. Great for ages 3 to 6. I've often given it as a baby shower gift. It was my nephew's and son's favorite book for several years.

Hi again, Granny: I just remembered seeing another post under Links and Resources about an online store that ships internationally: http://www.deltapatchwork.com I went to their website, searched for "cloud" and what do you know?? They have several different cloud prints! If you're interested in getting some cloud material, do check this out! Hope this helps.

Thanks for your compliment and a big thanks for suggesting this book! I'm afraid I'm out of the "kid" loop now that mine are grown. I'll definitely check this one out!
