Well, this is a fun search! I went to the website above (http://www.deltapatchwork.com/store.php?cat=7) and looked under Nature, Trees & Leaves and Landscape. I found sky, rocks, grass, sea, waves & rocks, fields of flowers, outer space, stars, lichen, seashells and underwater scene. It's a good start!

You'll see that mine is actually simpler :D If you use machine embroidery and do kids stuff, this site is exceptional in its designs. Of course, similar applique can be done by other means, and the projects still provide the inspiration!
