Thanks everyone for quick responses. I like that option too. I'll have to do some internet searching though to try to find more of the violet fabric. It's from my stash (2 years) and before that, it was in late Mother-in-laws stash (3 -4 years.) I finally got over the thought "too pretty to cut" and did something with it, and I'm pleased!

I have exactly 7" x WOF left of it.

I like it the way it is. Maybe use the sage for the binding?

If you want to mess with it, I think a pieced border would be very pretty, like a ribbon or something... It depends on what you plan to do with it, and if you want it to get bigger! :)

That is a possibility. I have enough of the white background that could be used as a border too.
