two-inch squares went into this quilt top! And, I still have enough to make a couple more! It has since been finished with a white binding.

Your quilt is beautiful,I sent you a p.m.

jeanharville 04-21-2014 07:00 AM

Your quilt turned out beautiful. I cannot imagine sewing that many pieces. Did you strip piece first, then cut? You must have the patience of Job.

oksewglad 04-21-2014 08:01 AM

Way to go--the white gives it cohesiveness and definition. I've been cutting 2" squares, too.

Wonderful. Would this be called a postage stamp quilt or does that only refer to 1" finished squares?

Psumom, thanks for answering my question. I've watched Bonnie Hunter with her leaders and enders. It really worked well for you.

Very nice quilt, and it's not easy matching all those two inch squares. Well, at least for me it isn't.

twinkie 04-22-2014 04:03 AM

Don't know if I could work with those small pieces. You did a great job.

gabeway 04-22-2014 04:19 AM
