That is great, I don't know which is the greatest thing to celebrate, turning 65 or the idea that you all have managed to stay friends for all of these years. That's rare. Congratulations and happy 65th.

I have a BFF for over 50 years & I am in the middle of making her a lap quilt to celebrate her 70th birthday. I hope she likes hers as much as your friends are going to love yours.

They are all lovely quilts, and love your poem. I am fortunate to have two friends from high school that I am still friends with. In fact one of them lives just 1 & 1/2 miles from me. We are in our mid 70's now so one of them has been my friend for 60 years! Amazing.
