Just a reminder that if you chose to use newspaper, wrap it in tissue paper first so the newsprint ink doesn't rub off on your beautiful work....ask me how I know this ! Sara

I would tea stain the muslin to make it look older and more rustic. Then add pine branches and tie with the twine.

We sometimes use the comic page from the news paper ahd tied with fishing line.
