This quilt is a jelly roll, it is a quilt as you go starting with the diamond in the middle placing a piece of fabric on each side of diamond until completed,I quilted a butterfly in the middle fmq. by the way the binding came as extra for the binding .

I like what you did with the jelly roll.

I like this quilt, I have made a few Jelly roll quilts, I really like your pattern.

The diamond is 11"1/2 w x 19"1/2 L connect the points 1/4 seam allowance is included.
I think I will do another with softer colours, Post a picture when finished ,good luck.

forgot to mention you have to sandwich both backing and batting,find the center than position the diamond.

That is like 'JELLY-ROLLING' around the world. Instead of all those little squares this is certainly a quicker way to make a top. The Butterfly is a great idea for the center.
