I love it! You did a great job. I have some shirts to make into quilts, also. Thanks for posting!

Yes, this is my favorite of them all.

I keep coming back to look at this again and again. I really like it.

I keep coming back to look at this quilt. What is the pattern and is it available to order? I am slowly gaining on my stash. I was so surprised last week at the Salvation Army to see the prices. A long sleeve 100% cotton, quality shirt was going for over $10.00 lesser were $6.50. Is this the new trend of the economy? I'm pleased I started my stash sooner.

I absolutely love this. Looks almost like it was made from homespun fabrics. Great recycling.

I saw a log cabin done entirely from plaid shirts and fell in love. Recycling is great.

Thanks for all your kind comments. There was no pattern. It's just a sawtooth star. The large one finishes at 8", and the little ones finish at 4". I just stuck the small ones inside some of the larger ones. I'm flying geese challenged, so instead of using them for the points, I made half square triangles. I think the sashing finished at 1". I do remember that it took 2 chambray shirts for the sashing and setting triangles. If you need more info, let me know.
Wow, I can't believe the thrift store shirt prices there. I can still get 5 shirts for $5, but I'm trying to cut back ;-)
