This was made with 2 in squares and logs

cjomomma 07-31-2010 02:33 PM

Very nice. That must have taken a long time to make.

Ritzquilts 07-31-2010 02:35 PM

It took a while to cut 2 in. squares

mygirl66 07-31-2010 02:36 PM

Beautiful! That is alot of work, well worth it with those results!

brenda21 07-31-2010 02:36 PM

really like it :)

Ritzquilts 07-31-2010 02:37 PM

And well worth it when you think of all the squares as free...6 yards for the back ground fabric and then you can piece the back from scraps too

sidmona 07-31-2010 02:41 PM

Beautiful!

Can we have a close up pic please. I have a heap of scraps - this would be a good one to use them up. Love it and your other confetti quilt.

Nice! Now I know what to do with all those 2" squares I've been hanging onto :)

aneternalpoet 08-01-2010 05:19 AM

WOW, I love working with 2 inch squares.. I have't read through the comments, but do you have a title /pattern to this quilt, or did you just lay it out yourself in designing? I am working on a " Fun with Bricks" scrappy quilt pattern I found at www.quiltville.com that uses 2 inch rectangles ect.. So fun. so much cutting as well.. so worth it, though! great job!!

Linda1 08-01-2010 06:19 AM

littlehud 08-01-2010 06:42 AM

Very pretty. Those are so aptly named. It looks like confetti sprinkled all over the quilt. Great job and thanks for sharing.
