I got my pattern the same place and had to work up the nerve to try it. The quilting took me the longest but it was fun to put together. DD already has fabric lined up for HER purse. Of course I get to make it. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I still need to get a button for mine.

Great job!! Love the patriotic theme! 8-) I've been looking at everyone's purses, but so many have made comments about how scared they are to try to make one, etc. that I'm not sure if I would like to give it a go myself! ;-) BTW I don't have the pattern but have seen it in CT.

I have the pattern, I have the material, but I'm still staring at it all, sitting on my cutting table. This is outside my comfort zone, but I'm determined to try to make one. Just got to take a deep breath and dive in, I guess.

Very cute purse! This pattern is very popular. I have been to a couple of quilt stores lately and they have been the topic of conversation. Also here on the board several have made it and have done a very nice job. I can't wait to make mine.

Mine is a large one. And they are big. I love the fact I can carry everything in this one.

I really like it. My daughter is pregnant and I am playing with the idea of making her a diaper bag... reminds me of your purse... the style, with divisions inside for wipes, diapers, bottles, etc. What pattern are you using and where did you get it, please?
