Try making to silver blue narrower.
I favor #3 also.
They are beautiful! I like #3 best, cause I think it makes them really stand out. Awesome job!
How lovely. Your blocks are so pretty. I prefer the third one. The whole effect is elegant.
ditto, for a narrow silver blub with a dark blue boarder. Would bring out the light in the blocks. BTW wonderful SW kaleidoscope blocks.
I like the first - a thin border of the silvery-blue, and then a wider dark blue. But that's just me...
I may be too late to vote, but I also like #3. What a beautiful quilt. Fabric choice is outstanding. Just love it.

I vote dark blue. Beautiful quilt, reminds me of the blue and white plates that I collect!
Third, and the quilt is lovely! ;) ;) ;)
I like a thin #1 silver, with a bigger dark blue border.
I like a narrow light blue and a little wider dark blue.
I like the 3rd. Beautiful piecing - looks like fine china plates. If your quilting is as nice as your piecing, the wide blue border will give you a lot of room for quilting to enhance the wonderful piecing.
I like the solid dark blue...doesn't take away from the lovely blocks...
I like #3 best.

Third choice . . . LOVE IT!!! GREAT job!
Third one :-P
I would like the silvery blue, but in a very narrow border (maybe 1/2" finished) or a narrow flange, and then the dark blue border.
I like the wide dark blue.
In my humble opinion, I would use a thin strip of your lt. blue then that wide stripe of the dark, then bind with that same light blue... JMHO
I like either the silvery or light blue border. It seems to frame the blocks. Just a thought
Love #3! It's a beautiful quilt.
I like to pull colors from the body of the quilt out to the edges with skinny borders or flaps or piping. I'd use the silvery blue and the medium blue and then the wider dark blue border.
#three looks elegant !!
#3 is my choice.

To finish it I like this pieced strip option, or a light tan narrow followed by wide dark blue border and binding, or if neither of those is possible, stick with the wide dark blue, #3, as border and binding. |
Wide dark.
It's going to be beautiful whichever border you use. Please could we see it when finished - thanks. Love the colours
I would go for the silvery blue with the 3rd blue as the second border. Very nice work!!!
Dark blue.

I'm not too sure about adding a second dark blue border since I have a narrow border to match the sashing. Maybe it would look like an afterthought
You all have such wonderful idea, thanks for you help. |
All I can say is WOW!
