I think you need new glasses. It is beautiful and by measuring it on line, can't find a problem. Finish it and don't worry about your thought that it is crocked.
No one but you will know how you aorried over it.

Honestly, is this thing salvageable?

I definitely do not think it is a disaster. I can see where it is off square. The left pink border just needs to be straightened up. Put your long ruler at the top and line it up so it will be straight all the way down. Would that help you any?

Let us know how it all comes out. The quilt itself is very, very pretty. Don't give up on it.

It's lovely! Quilt it, and it will be even more beautiful!

I hope you put it away for a couple of days. I noticed, yes, the pink border on the left is smaller at the top, yes, there is more space between the top two black blocks, yes, the lower left triangle is smaller.
So, I would take off all the sides, SQUARE up the center block. Sew a little deeper seam in the top row between the two black blocks, then sew the pinwheels on. If you already trimmed the pink border, you will need to make sure they are all the same size before putting them back on. I hope this helps. (I like to do my best, even if it is for charity.)

My suggestion exactly! If the second border is about twice as wide as the pink border, you can square it up a bit without it being obvious.

I think it looks great but I do see what you're talking about. I would add a black inner border and then put the pink outer back on. I think this will work.
