Up to size you want. If you like the size, I'd say the dark blue/light blue blocks are your border. Nice work !

I hope your sister has a very quick recovery, and this quilt will be such a comfort to her. I like your quilt as is, but put a boarder on it if you want it to be bigger.

I would prefer a border - it does frame your hard work and makes it pop.

i don't think so. use the dark blue as your binding. that is beautiful.
