What a beautiful space to work in. I would never leave..Would love to see the rest of the home. I've never or will I, ever get to go to another country. That's why I love HGTV "House Hunter's International" Love to see all the places in the world. So fascinating to watch.. Enjoy your room..

boy are you lucky. Imagine having all that space to work in and also living in an old school house --must have a lot of history behind it also. Love your quilts.

That's not a sewing room...that's your quilting studio! You've thought of everything. It's wonderful. Your quilts are really nice, too.

Lv2sew2011 05-25-2011 11:07 AM

That is one awesome sewing room!

cannyquilter 05-25-2011 11:25 AM

What a truly wonderful sewing room, I use a spare bedroom but it is still set up as a bedroom. I have plenty of sewing space but the cutting has to be done on the diningroom table not so good as I like to do a bit leave it and come back which drives my DH mad!! Also you are SO ORGANISED no matter how I try my space is such a mess. I saw a lovely cabinet in Ikea which I think may solve my problem just hope I can fit it into room. If you feel the urge to organise someone I am a lot closer and already have a bottle of Pimms at the ready!! Eileen

Wonderful sewing room. I dearly love the quilts on your garment rail and the one on the wall behind them. You didn't happen to take a picture of the fabric you used for those OBW ones did you? I would love to see what you started with.

I think all the OBWs are posted on here and with a pic of the original fabric, either separately or I included it in the quilt. If you click here http://www.quiltingboard.com/search....k3n+obw&u=&s=0 and scroll down the first post column to find my name, you should get all my OBWs. If there is any specific ones you'd like to see the fabric for, let me know and I'll post a pic here. Otherwise, if you go to my website, link below my signature, all my quilts are posted there. :-D

Thanks - that piece is finished and for sale - though it's hanging on my landing meanwhile! :-D
