Sue inspired me and I have joined this board's fabric postcard swaps. Here are some of mine - for the most part, they are seasonal for Winter and Valentine's Day swaps. |
that's such a cute idea!

What a treasure and how wonderful for you dto do it so faithfully. I imagine she about busts her little buttons when she gets one in the mail.

Your postcards are so cute.

I hope to find a neat box for her parents to save them in but did send a plastic plate holder so she can "display" one each wk...son says she moves it from here to there all over the house!

How are you mailing them? My post office won't let us mail fabric postcards any more unless they are in an envelope. I put mine in a celephane envelope. But when I take them to the PO I take them out of the envelope and have the PO attendant stamp cancel them and then I put them back in the envelope. That way the stamp and cancelation show thru the celephane

You could also get a photo type album or a three ring binder and put pages in it that the cards can fit in to. You could also write a referance on the card about what the NEWS of the week is. Also be sure to date it. In later years it will be a fantastic historical keepsake.
