I know what you mean. I was scared to post my first picture too but everyone is so nice. Even if someone has constructive criticism they do it in such a nice way, no one get's their feelings hurt. I have come to love this board!

Great job. The quilt is well planned. And to have brought in so much...terrific.

When making t-shirt quilts, the first thing you want to do is apply stabilizer onto the backs of the shirts (after cutting to size). Most shirts are very stretchy and this helps with that.

well I guess I was lucky, I didnt use stabilzers or anything, I did it all on machine and was surprised how well it turned out!! Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful comments!!

The first t-shirt quilt I did, I didn't stabilize (didn't know to) and it was ok. It was hard quilting by machine but I managed. It is just alot easier to stabilize if you plan on machine quilting, at least for me.
