nice!!!! what are the cutting instructions for the small logs????

Love the colors! You can make a bigger quilt, just use bigger logs to get a bigger block.

its a scale/ proportion. A King size quilt would be great in a little wider strips... other wise it may get very heavy.

This quilt used 1 inch strips. The one I'm making now calls for 1.5 inch strips. I definitely perfer the 1.5 inch strips!!

I agree! I'm making a double sized log cabin quilt and am uning 1.5 inch strips - that is a perfect size for a double.

Very nice!!

Yes agreed, if you used bigger strips the quilt would go twice as fast.... I work in a quilt shop, and have access daily to fabric, can't imagine being 100 miles away, and only having access occasionally... Thanks for posting, and your quilt is beautiful. Auntie B.
