I have lurked around this site for a couple of years and I finally have decided its time to share a quilt I've made for my soon-to-be great niece. I learned 3 things while making it. Mitered corners, tumbling blocks and most important....don't put your finger too close to the edge of your ruler! Ouch!:(

Thanks for the wonderful compliments. No, this isn't my first quilt, just my first time posting. I have been quilting for about 3 years, and I taught myself (and learned a ton from this site). Oh, and my finger is just flat on one side now.:o
