I pinned this on Pinterest and I have lost count of the number of people who have pinned it from me. I can't wait to make one, or two, or three. Lol. Yours is so pretty. Great job.

Fantastic! I have the pattern. It calls for appliquéing your red onto the square. Did you do that? I'm trying to figure out a way to make this without appliqué.

Thanks

Couldnt you just cut that beige square larger, then wrap it over the red as the binding?

My LQS has this pattern. You did a great job on yours.

Very nice! I made one for Christmas and am thinking of making one in spring colors.

You can cut the top square smaller and add strips of different fabric on all four edges to equal the same size of the back square.

I have a pattern a friend gave me and there is no applique. You simply add a one inch strip around the front square and then cut the back square the same size. You sew and turn, like in making a potholder. (I ordered the actual pattern but its not arrived yet.) Using my friends method, I made one using blues and purples and put it around my blue candle. Her pattern calls for batting which doesn't stand up as well as the foam, but otherwise its lovely. I ordered the wreath and companion ornaments patterns from the same online shop, so I'm anxiously watching the mail. LOL

Jan...do you have a link for the pattern you are using? If so, please share. Thanks for the info. I guess I have an appliqué phobia!

What is that on the end of the table? It looks like it's made of fabric too.

Looked for this pattern but didn't have a name for it. Can anyone tell me what it is or tell me where to find it?
