It sure is beautiful, but some people just don't like red. I have a friend who can't stand orange. I would find out how she feels about red.

I think its very pretty - and I am not a fan of pink or red.

I usually wouldn't put pink and red together, but your quilt is beautiful. The colors play well together. Also love the secondary pattern.

Improvisational? I so agree with Dresi not everyone can do improvisational as well as your quilt demonstrates that you indeed have that 'gift'! I also agree with Jeanne that the secondary pattern keeps the 'eye' dancing back and forth.

I think quilts should be happy colors and this one certainly is. In the dreary winter here in Oregon, I put out my brightest quilts. I just love how they make the room cozy and warm and bright.
