Very pretty and very clever how you adjusted the size

I love the turquoise and brown. I'll bet when you get it back from the quilters, you'll find you love it.

thanks everybody...
the sashing was my idea - I just like the star sashing. The BOM booklet (copied pages in a notebook) didn't have any instructions at all on how to put it together - just said however you want. These are the blocks and the Biblical references used - some names are unfamiliar for the blocks used: Roman Stripes (rail fence), Acts 16:19-34 Jacob's Ladder, Gen 28 Jewel Box, Ex 35:20-29 Star, Mat 2:1-14 Bears Paw, 1 Sam 17:32-37 Sister's Choice, Luke 10:38-42 Cross and Crown, Mark 15:15-38 Rolling Stone, John 20 Heavenly Problems, Rev 12:7-9 Strength in Union, Heb 10:24-25 Road to Damascas, Acts 9:1-9 Temple Court, 2 Chron 1:1-9 |

Janeen, that is beautiful work and the colors are striking! You've done a fine job! I like sashing too. I like your star sashing and will have to take your word for it being "easy" because I've never tried it, but would like to some time.
That is just, again, a beautiful quilt. It's striking and you can center the whole bedroom decor around that lovely quilt. Thank you for the link in this thread too. |
It is so beautiful!!! I love the colors you used.
And, I love the star sashing! |
