I just tried it to rip a seam. It doesn't work very well, at least for me. I think the blade is much too big for the stitches. Maybe it's just me . . . . I'll just stick to using it for paper clipping. :)

Yes, I have one. Don't remember where I got it, but I've had it a long time. I love it.

I think its for clipping coupons....that what it was sold to do....never saw one in a sewing shop.
