Thanks so much for all your sugestions. It may be a while before I get the quilting done. We have a family medical emergency (not baby related) and that comes first.

Maybe spirals inside the circles and similar idea inside the blocks, but in square pattern? Very cute!

I would do some "echoing" around the circles!

Not my style at all, but very very good. I would be inclined to do SiTD then FMQ hearts and zigzags.

That is a terrific baby girl quilt no matter which way you select. To quilt it!
