Absolutely beautiful and personally I think the cubes are perfect here. To my mind they give the quilter a design option - I sometimes include them, sometimes not, sometimes applique, sometimes not, whatever the quilt 'asks for'. I love the fabric you chose too and think your border fabric will be stunning. Great job all round. :-D :-D :-D
