I use 4oz. quilted canning jars for these. I found the jars at Walmart and couldn't pass them up, they were just too cute. :D :-D I am having so much fun making these.

I think some hersey kisses would be a good addition to the jars...you know when you are sewing for a long time you need a sugar fix to keep your energy up!! They are really cute cj..you did a good job on them!!

I could not believe how spendy those flat jars are..wow... Remember to place the lid on the batting before gathering the fabric. The hard part is stuffing the top thru the ring. Make sure that the batting doesn't get under the lid or it will be hard to screw the ring onto the jar. I also use all purpose tacky glue to glue the fabric to the bottom of the lid for added strength. |
