Thank you all so much. It was so much fun to see the monkeys come to "life". I mailed pics to QuiltE from my WIP and it took her awile to see the monkeys. lol
I love to look at the pictures posted here and after seeing it in January I HAD to make one. BTW the border is not brown it is also orange, that doesnt show well on the picture. The fabric is called jungle babies from Northcott and I got it at thousand of bolts for less than $5 per yard. |
Great job, love how you figured out how to manage the tails! Any kid would go crazy for this quilt...even (old) me!

The border is perfect ... kind of a burnt orange, 1/2 way between the orange monkeys and the browns! |
