I'm making my nephew a graduation quilt, and he's really into dragons, so I decided to use dragons as a quilting motif. So what do you think?

That's really good! My grandson (6 yrs old) wants a dragon quilt. I may hand quilt dragons all over his quilt!

no1jan 05-12-2010 03:26 PM

I love it. The expression on the dragon is so cute!

He'll love it! :):)

kwiltkrazy 05-12-2010 03:32 PM

Thanks, I only have 20 more to go. But, I'm sure he'll love it.

kwiltkrazy 05-12-2010 03:34 PM

Wish I could take credit for it but I took the dragon from some walmart fabric I had. My hubby says he looks like he's drunk, but I just think he's adorable.

I wish I could, my son has misplaced my camera cord that connects it to the computer, so I have to scan everything in.

Does your camera have a memory card? If it does you can put that in your computer and download your pictures.

If you're refering to your memory card, there should be a small slot somewhere on your computer--on the front of your computer if it's a desktop or somewhere on the side or front if it's a laptop. It's a really small slot.

Let's see, picture 1and three are the front, OOPS,I'm just learning. The pattern is Eleanor Burns' "Tennessee Waltz", I absolutely love this pattern, I've made it 5 times. The middle picture is the back, the dragon you see is the dragon that I used to get the dragon quilting motif. I just scanned it into my computer, and cropped to the way I wanted it. The back will also be signed by all his class mates, family and friends.

kwiltkrazy 05-12-2010 05:58 PM

Also, thank you Virtualbernie for all your help. I have learned so much about everything on this quilting board, and am having such a grand time.

kwiltkrazy 05-12-2010 06:01 PM

My avatar was taken by my son, he's a fire fighter, and it was taken ate the Indian Warm Springs Indian Reservation, during the 2009 fire. So beautiful.
