I made some of these after seeing the original post. They are super easy and go together quickly. The challenge is that each one makes two Santas so think ahead what you are going to do with two. My hairdresser is getting one, my niece the other.

These would be great little gifts. Too late for this year but I hope I can remember them for next year. Cute Santas.
