This is a dream to me.. My stuff is in the living room.. all over the living room until we can't take it anymore and need a breather. Hah!

The way you have it set up, it seems like the room is bigger then 3' x 9'. You did a great job at utilizing all the given space.

Looks like it is working for you. I think quilters are great at "making do". When you had to "down size" you sewing area, you "Made do" and got a lovely, snugly sewing area

I think this is a very nice space, everything within reach. I have walk each time I need to iron a seam! uhg!

As long as we have somewhere for our therapy sessions everyone will be happy. I'm working out of a 5 ft closet.

It's very "together"...I learned a long time ago, it's not the size of the area, but the organization of the area that's the important thing. When you are organized it makes it functional as well!! You are blessed!!

Everyone's quilting room has to suit them. Like me, I'm left handed. What works for me, may not work for someone else. As long as things are easy for you it's fine. Your room is nice and everything is the way you want it.

Thanks for sharing this as I always thought I would have to have a HUGE space. You have done this so efficiently.
