Here are just a few of my recent pillowcases. The one with the owls was made specifically for my smallest kitten. She took over my brand new pillow when she came into the family and I felt she needed her own pillowcase. I probably make more than a dozen pillowcases a year, all gifts for someone.

All three dogs and all three cats have their own blankets too. Clementine was the only one who slept on the pillows. My BRAND NEW Tommy Hilfiger pillow. We tried switching the pillowcase onto a new pillow and it didn't work. She won....

Well my three cats take up the entire bed! My big boy cat weighs about 20-22 pounds and none of my cats curl up sweetly!! They all stretch out like they own the place!!

I got it at a quilt shop, probably in Michigan. It is called "What a Hoot" and it is an Exclusively Quilters fabric. There were great coordinating fabrics as well.

I love to make pillow cases and am going through all my material and cutting and getting ready to make lots and lots for the Ronald McDonald house. Also hopefully some to the childrens ward at the hospitlas. Family Circle had a wonderful article about donating pillow cases to the hospitals and other organizations.

and they go together lickety-split!!! I cut several out at a time and then sew them all.

I have a friend who is a non-sewer who gets the majority of the pillowcases I make. She will actually go to the fabric store and get the fabric and bring it to me!!!!
