That is a lovely whacky looking chicken. At first I thought he was having a problem with a lot of legs, but now I think those extra legs must be straw? Either way, he's super.

Okay, so is the chicken club an official club? or what? and yes, what is IRR... the only IRR I know is for the military (Inactive Ready Reserve) and I don't think it applies here.
