That's what I love about precuts like charm squares, jelly rolls, and layer cakes. The colors all match well because it's a sampling from the whole line of fabric. I have a difficult time choosing fabrics for a quilt. With the precuts, it's already done for you. Sometimes though I do like to choose my own fabric for a quilt.

It may have given you trouble but it did turn out nicely.

Whatever you name it, it is a lovely quilt and plan to make one for a charity quilt.

I think your little quilt is adorable!

Obviously you must have solved all of your problems splendidly since your quilt is beautiful.

How about Twisting in the Wind?"

Looks good even with all your trials & tribulations. Can't wait to see it all finished.
|
It is lovely

Your fabric is beautiful. Wish you were my neighbor so you could pick my colors, that is the hardest part for me.
|
I love the result but that does not sound like fun - seems that it would be harder to keep all those little threads straight. At least you get a beautiful quilt out of it.

Very nice.
I do find that when chain piecing, while in theory it is nice that you can just keep all the little chains together, it is just easier for me to clip them about every other row and keep going. Otherwise I end up with a tangled heap. Sometimes the time-saving suggestions take more time... Cheers, K |
Through all your trials and tribulations it looks fantastic. Can't come up with a name though.
