Just to reference the QAYG tutorial I just attempted to do, I mentioned I would post some pics of some samples.
Made with layer cakes [ATTACH=CONFIG]183340[/ATTACH] Used one of the decorative stitches on my machine for the joints [ATTACH=CONFIG]183341[/ATTACH] Pic of the back with joints [ATTACH=CONFIG]183342[/ATTACH] Eleanor Burns Night & Day [ATTACH=CONFIG]183343[/ATTACH] Big Fat star quilt [ATTACH=CONFIG]183344[/ATTACH] First time trying out paper piecing [ATTACH=CONFIG]183345[/ATTACH] Batik paper piecing stars [ATTACH=CONFIG]183346[/ATTACH] Raw edge applique [ATTACH=CONFIG]183347[/ATTACH] Didnt use method A or B on this one, dont know the name of the method but its where you cut circles and then fold over the edges, sealing in the batting and top fabric [ATTACH=CONFIG]183348[/ATTACH] This the the back of the circle quilt [ATTACH=CONFIG]183349[/ATTACH] |

Really great looking quilts. I just made a bunch of QAYG blocks and next will try my hand at attaching the sashing in the back and front, hope I do half as good a job as Kimberly did. May in Jersey

Your quilts are wonderful, and I particularly like the paperpiecing quilt (the colors are yummy!). I am envious of the all the quilts you've been able to make. I haven't sewed/quilted in about a month (due to taxes, kids activities,....). I am itching to get back to it. :-)
