I've always heard of her in terms of machine quilting (I've seen her FMQ and it's amazing). I didn't know she taught quilt classes as well.
She does ! She also taught a Lone Star Quilt class while in the area, as well as another one - maybe FMQ? not sure. I don't think it is the traditional Lone Star, but her's was beautiful. I couldn't take that class :( Only so many projects that be financed at once!
She gave a lecture at the local Guild show while she was here "Process Not Perfection" Basically, she does her best but doesn't sweat the small stuff. She said if you look closely at her quilts, the points don't always match. She doesn't do mitered corners b/c she hates them. That kind of stuff... It was good to listen to her. Her FMQ is incredible. Absolutely incredible...

I love the background, it is very unusual. Great job on the quilt, I would love to have it hanging at my place.
