Jodi, I believe Kathleen has sent your centre my way, so I will post a pic when it gets here, if Kathleen doesn't beat me to it. I am expecting it to be here later this week.

Ok that would be great!!! Can't wait to see it.

I am sorry Jodi but I have been unable to send the photo through at this time. My DD is working long hours and so isn't available to help me at this time. I'm doing something wrong just don't know what exactly.

Thank you for offering to do this when the centre/top reaches your hands Linda.

Thank you so much Kathleen for posting the pic for me. It is looking good. Love how those corners tie in with the angles in the center.

Glad you approve Jodi, I did attempt to tie in the centre corners on purpose so that there was some sort of theme followed through. The border looks reddish on the computer, it isn't red it is a rusty brown colour in actual fact. The geese are a feather pattern which is hard to see in a photo. Best I could do when it came to choosing something that would be acceptable for a a man.

I don't have an embroidery machine although had I been able to embroider I thought the preceding border would have been ideal for placing a few strategically placed hunting type designs in then possibly follow that through with some larger designs on one of the later outer borders? Imagination is unfortunately not all one needs though so this is the best I could do and I was happy with the results and so again, I am glad you are also.

Kathleen:

Great idea on the embroidery. Maybe when it is my turn with her center I can see what I can find to follow up with this.

Blessings!

very nice additions to jodie's center, well done :)

i thought this center had been changed to another one in an oriental style??? lol...

very nice whatever lol...

This one wasn't changed, it was another one. I love the embroidery idea also. I was a little concerned about the first fabric as the color does look like salmon or peach on the computer, but brown is great. I trust what ever you girls do!!
