Option #2 gets my vote as well. I think it is the most visually appealing.

I like 2 but I dont' like the idea of white binding in any way, shape or form. I would pick black or one of the black and white prints before white.

Option 2...although all are great.
I think the black brings out the patterns in the quilt.
