beautiful blocks i think either way you be fine!!!!
I would sash them with a strip between the blocks and then different blocks in the corners where the sashing comes together.
Well I think it will be set on point with smaller stars, have the pattern just have to wait and see how it will look.

Skip the sashing. When the points touch, it makes squares that you could do really cool quilting in.

I personally would use sashing. These blocks are just beautiful, I don't believe I've ever seen this pattern before. Your fabric choices are great, I especially love the 1930's fabriic.

I would love to set them" on point" with no sashing......
very nice I would go with a plaine color for the sashing, the sashing would make each square more outstanding
It would be beautiful either way....maybe white sashing.....the blocks are AWESOME!!!
What a neat pattern! I've never seen it before. I think sashing.

Beautiful blocks! The white opens the star up enough that I don't think sashing is needed. However, it may look stunning, too. Audition some solids and see if framing the star is the way to go. I absolutely love these fabrics and the way you've put them together in this clever star block. Can't wait to see the entire quilt!
