Quilts with legs.....

I LOVE scrappy! I always save may scraps and then treat myself to a scrappy quilt. I call them my "free" quilts because I have already paid for the fabric (for another project), I piece the back from large scraps and I piece my batting scraps! These are some recent scrap quilts I have done. Somehow they always seem to end up going home with someone!

Beautiful quilts kheliwud, love the scrappy patterns and the colours....and....you must be attaching legs to them too if they are going home with someone.... :-)

LOVE that batik quilt. Can you please advise on the pattern name or where I can get the pattern from.

Thanks

Hello everyone. I only just found this thread for the scrappy quilts today and WOW is all I can say.

Such fabulous quilts and talented quilters. You have all given me so much inspiration. I have made a big challenge for myself this year, and that is to complete 22 full size quilts between Jan - end Nov, while working full time! I wanted to get a quilt done for each of my siblings and husbands siblings and a few neices and nephews that have not yet received a quilt from me. Right now I have 4 tops done, so needless to say I have a way to go, but with all the beautiful ideas here, I think I may just be able to ge the job accomplished!! Who said there is such a thing as ugly fabric!!! None that I can see in all of these scrappy creations!
