bizzielizzie your images are in high resolutions. it's taking a long time to download them. the ideal size for this board is around 640 x 480 pixels. try resizing them next time before you upload.

the resolutions of your pics are 2592 x 1944. i am surprised you were able to upload them at all at that resolution. good luck.

here are some free online photo resizers if you need one.

Thank you for the tip. I tried a few tricks but nothing worked and that included resizing as well. The pictures were well within the jpeg size allowed. Would that not have taken into consideration the resolution as well? I thought that it was just the time in the day when traffic was heavy and it took a little longer? Never have had a problem before this and I have posted other pictures before. Thank you, I'll bear that in mind for future pictures. :)

I have had a look at the links and thank you. Unfortunately they are not compatible with Macs but are similar to what I use in photoshop and Nikon software.

I have loved looking at the quilts. What great ideas and beautiful color combinations.
May none of you ever run out of scraps.

Wonderful thread! GingerK, did you hang from the ceiling to take those pictures? Use a ladder? I can never get high enough to take a full bed picture straight down like that. LOL
