(3118) That's an awesome scrappie, MollyMunchkin. You must have a great design wall to lay that one out!

This is my design wall. Yes, it's a flannel sheet tacked to the wall. I arranged it in fourths, putting up 22 squares across and as many as 13 rows at a time.
travelinggramma, I got most of my squares in a charming addition swap about 2 1/2 yrs ago and have been steadily collecting ever since. This one is for my niece who is a math teacher. |

Here is my scrappy flimsy finally finished. It is queen size, 44 2 1/2 inch blocks by 47 2 1/2 in blocks for a total of 2,068 squares. If any of you have been in a block swap with me, chances are your fabric is in here. If I didn't duplicate, (I tried hard not to) there are 451 different fabrics all scraps. I didn't purchase any fabric for his one.

Love it, Molly. I also have been making the plus quilt. Uses up some of the larger scraps that we seem to accumulate. Great job!

Does this count as a scrap quilt? ..........I just used any pink and or peach fabric I had in my stash, some old lace, and some left-over shiny satin from my when I made my daughters wedding gown. There was no "collection", and no purchases.
