All you scrappy lovers, unite! Post your pictures. I think you have forgotten about this fabulous thread, and I miss seeing all the fabulous scrappy quilt pictures..

This was made from leftover blocks that I either didn't like the color combo or made too many. Will go to the charity I sew for.

I love this thread also; working on a strings quilt with my stash of "strings" from past projects. Will try to post when finished.

Beautiful quilts.
I love the strip twist.
It really is like an optical illusion!

This one will eventually be my daughters. It's made of 2.5 x 4.5" scraps. Half background (light) and half dark.
The pattern was in a 2016 country register for NC & SC. It's also available from Debs Cats n Quilts.

It's big, 112 x 112, before quilting. I used Hobbs Tuscany Wool batting in it. I love the loft of this batting and the dimension it gives to quilts. It reminds me of a quilt I slept under at my Grandmothers, that had wool from my Mom's 4H sheep in it.

What a wonderful connection to the past. Thanks for thinking ahead and supplying information about where to find the pattern.
