Wow, I feel overwhelmed having 2 projects going at once plus 1 not even started yet! How do you decide which one to work on and how long does it take you to get one finished? I hope you don't mind my questions.

Love all your quilts. I noticed how nice your quilting is and you are doing it on a juki and you have marked your pattern. Do you find it easier to follow a line and what do you use to mark? Are you just drawing or stencils? I have not been able to master FMQ yet and am struggling
beautiful. you do great work. keep it up and thank you for showing us.
Wow what beautiful quilts. You are very talented. Thanks for sharing.Sandy
Awesome work!!!!!!
I love your color choices and patterns. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who marks quilt blocks. Keep posting your work, I'll look forward to it.
Thanks everyone!
To the questions about my marking- I'm using a red frixion pen (I've never had issues with them). This is only my second time doing FMQ, and since I wanted to do a more controlled pattern I decided to mark the blocks. I Free handed the drawings, but I''m mostly using them just as a spacing guide and letting my FMQ be a little more "organic". I really like FMQ and I think I'm catching on pretty quickly. It's kind of like drawing. |
Fabulous work! I think my favourites are the one you are doing the embroidery in the blocks and the one you are doing the awesome machine quilting on.
