Ten years ago I learned what the word “quilt” means. The first website I opened on Internet was the one of Jinny Beyer http://www.jinnybeyer.com/.

Her logo quilt amazed me. It was the most beautiful thing I have seen in my entire life! The colors and shapes revealed me a world that I have never imagined it could exist. In that moment I fell in love with quilting.

Last week I made this quilt. It is not Jinny’s logo-quilt, it is my quilt. I made it using a kit from Jinny. I always wanted to have it in order to remind me of that first day of my quilting life.
