could you show us a close up to see what kind of fabric choices you made to make such a good contrast. I am just learning the value stuff and yours looks awesome

JN your quilt is fabulous! Good luck at the fair! I'm a former Cheshire girl myself but have lived in Atlanta for the last 20 years! I really miss the Durham Fair and The Big E every fall!

Awww. Thanks! It is called Thinking Outside the Block and you can get the pattern from Toadusew.com. With or without fabric

The pattern is called Thinking Outside the Block from Toadusew Creative Concepts (toadusew.com). They did a spectacular one in shades of blue and I am thinking about the color scheme for my next one! I did all this and it came up not available. Did they sell out???

Sorry Joanie - you're right it is called Thinking Outside the Block (my fingers keep tripping!). WOW - if they were sold out, then this pattern certainly got popular in a hurry! Did you email Chloe Anderson to see what is up?

Beautiful!!! So striking! You did an awesome job!

I love this pattern so much and your quilt looks great. I just started a b/w one and will post the picture when it is finished. Your picture inspired me to make one and you know imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so I just hope mine looks half as good as yours.
