OUTSTANDING! I'm kicking myself in the fanny because I had five books of sample drapery fabric and I couldn't figure ou what to do with it. You guessed it, it's in the landfill! Drats.

I am always looking for ways to think outside the box when it comes to quilting fabrics. Yesterday I found a fabric sample book at the antique store. It was $6.00. As you can see by the photo that I was able to get the silks out of the book and cut them into 9 1/2 inch sqs. It will be a wall hanging.
