Super Idea. This year I took a dish towel and a matching pot holder found the middle of both. The towel was gathered in the middle to fit the size of the potholder. I placed the middle of the pot holder on top of the middle of the towel. I then sewed them together down the middle. When you pick it up you will bring the top and bottom of the pot holder together. The pot holders have loops so I sewed a button on the end without the loop. You then button it around the arm of the stove, oven or frig. I also love the idea of the apron. BrendaK

Great project--think I might try a few-thanks for sharing

What a terrific idea as I've only seen aprons made with a kitchen towel attached at the waist.

So simple to make and I love having the towel so handy when I'm baking.
Thanks for looking. |
Really like both aprons, you both did a great job on them.
